Can painted racks be purchased?The wipe-on polyurethane brings out the natural beauty of the cherry hardwood grain. Requests for no wipe-on polyurethane can be made so that you can paint them on your own, but painting is not available. This gives the consumer the opportunity to choose a color to their liking.

Is mounting hardware included with each purchaseSince the type of mounting hardware can vary, no hardware is included. This gives the consumer the best available price.

Can I request a faster fabrication and shipping time?Yes, an rush fee can be added when checking out. This will ensure the purchase ships out in 1-2 days and USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days). Are the racks stained or have a finish on them?Since the cherry hardwood has a rich reddish color, no stain is applied. The racks come standard with a wipe-on polyurethane finish.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
